Dr. Abhishek Jain, MD
Dr. Abhishek Jain is a plastic and reconstructive surgery resident physician who previously was an infantry solider with the 75th Ranger Regiment. Prior to his military service, Dr. Jain completed his Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Washington. After the military, Dr. Jain attended medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina after which he was accepted into a plastic and reconstructive surgery training program at the University of North Carolina. During his time in medical school, Dr. Jain saw the growing need for affordable reliable medical supplies and pharmaceuticals. He started American National Services in 2018 to bridge this gap. Since it's formation, ANS has supplied over 20,000+ IV bags and injectable anesthetics, 300,000+ N95 and surgical masks, 100,000+ isolation gowns, and 4,000+ eyeglasses and safety eyewear to the federal and state government with 100% delivery rate.
Dr. Bartlett J. Witherspoon, MD
Dr. Bartlett Witherspoon is a family medicine physician who serves on the government affairs committee of the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Academy of Family Physicians. Prior to graduating with an MD from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), Dr. Witherspoon was a director for a Beijing-based private equity fund that specialized in the healthcare and biopharmaceutical sectors. He also holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina, with specialization in international finance. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Witherspoon was able to use his international relationships to secure supply chains for critical medical equipment for state and national government agencies. Dr. Witherspoon and Dr. Jain were vice-president and president, respectively, of their medical class at MUSC and began to supply local/state/national agencies with critical pharmaceutical, personal protective, and surgical equipment during their doctoral program. American National Services continues to expand their scope and breadth within the government contracting space.
